The four story building is composed of two wings-Princeton West and Princeton East. The entrance to Princeton East is a glass and steel structure which houses the passenger elevator and reception areas. The lobby entrance to Princeton West is a three story sky-lit atrium. Thermal windows and state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems provide energy efficient climate control. Two high capacity freight elevators service all four floors. 480v/220v/110v electrical services available.

Steele Brook Greenway


Go for a walk and take in the sights and sounds of nature on the neighboring Steele Brook Greenway, a 14-acre land plot with a half-mile walking trail. Earlier this year, funding was awarded to connect two existing sections of the trail and construct a new pedestrian bridge over Steele Brook near French Street which will extend the trail even longer!

The 3,000 sq.ft Siemon Fitness Center is available for tenants to enjoy. Come in and have a look at our state-of-the-art gym. New Camera Security System


Siemon Business Park has recently installed a new camera security system to continue keeping our tenants and visitors safe. The new HD cameras come with advanced built-in software which eliminates the process of manually searching recorded video of a specific incident. The software's powerful smart search filters, like people and vehicle search, isolate incidents of interest in seconds!
